Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and support customer engagement to drive clientele generation.
  • •Deliver an elevated in-store client experience as a brand ambassador, educating customers on sustainability.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS.
  • •Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls, and contribute to loss prevention across the business.
  • •Uphold time and attendance policy and keep the selling floor aligned with Reformation’s brand and concept standards.

  • •Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
