Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure all positions are filled before line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics, and promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Ensure machinery performance at the highest standard and that all workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product and provide training and encouragement to team members.
