Job Summary

Own Graphing end-to-end as a true “GM,” including P&L across full-serve and self-serve motions. Establish product-market fit by identifying winning scientists, workflows, and use cases, then translate competitive insight, user research, and revenue data into a clear roadmap and prioritization. Drive GTM with product marketing and shift the company toward a multi-product sales motion via sales enablement and deal involvement. Report to the CPO and measure success by adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Graphing P&L across full-serve and self-serve motions, including pricing, packaging, acquisition, expansion, and retention.
•Establish product-market fit by identifying winning scientists, workflows, and use cases and building toward them.
•Develop and execute the Graphing roadmap using competitive insight, user research, and revenue data.
•Shape go-to-market by partnering with product marketing on narrative, competitive positioning, and launch sequencing.
•Support a multi-product sales motion through sales enablement and direct involvement in deals.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record building a 0-to-1 product and scaling it to meaningful ARR, with a clear understanding of PMF.
•Experience owning a P&L or hard revenue target and connecting product decisions to business outcomes.
•Track record competing against deeply entrenched incumbents, navigating product, positioning, and timing challenges.
•Ability to earn alignment without authority by being user obsessed and communicating clearly.
•Comfort operating in unstructured, ambiguous environments where the role is being built from scratch; science background is a plus.
