Job Summary

Field Account Manager responsible for protecting base revenue and growing additional revenue opportunities through a total solution, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Drives new business within the book of business, conducts on-site visits and demonstrations, and partners with sales support and technical teams to address customer needs and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

•Managing customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.
•Creating and implementing effective account/territory plans that include; developing and implementing a sales strategy considering new business growth, forecasting revenue, developing key contacts and business relationships within assigned accounts.
•Securing meeting appointments, gathering information on customer needs, positioning and demonstrating LexisNexis Risk Solutions products as solutions to customer’s business issues, managing objections, negotiating pricing and contracts and closing the sale.
•Developing gap analysis techniques to determine incremental opportunities within existing accounts and meeting with decision makers to determine business needs to penetrate new opportunities.
•Developing planning regimen to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific sales activities, and analyze competitive threats.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,600 - 168,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years proven sales experience, with relevant industry or product experience.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, etc. or equivalent experience.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills.
•Strong organizational and forecasting skills.
•Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
