Disease Claims Handler

Handle short- and long-tail disease claims within the Casualty team, working desk-based cases and coordinating investigations when needed. Liaise with insurers, policyholders, and brokers to gather evidence, determine next actions, prepare detailed reports, and advise on policy indemnity and response. Negotiate settlements within authority limits, maintain appropriate claim reserves, and keep current on relevant technical changes through training.
