Job Summary

Lead centralized delivery of KRI, KPI, Insights, and Analytics for Markets and Securities Services Operations, ensuring accurate reporting within service levels. Partner with Operations to design and implement automated, standardized KRI reporting, and support future-state KRIs/client reporting data store development. Drive governance and quality for enhancements and transformation projects, while managing stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement through simplification and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver centralized KRI, KPI, Insights, and Analytics across Markets and Securities Services Operations with accuracy and service-level agreement.
•Partner with Operations to develop, deliver, and implement automated and standardized KRI reporting.
•Support building the future-state data store for KRIs/client reporting metrics and ensure strategic prioritization of data availability across asset classes.
•Ensure governance and quality for enhancements and projects, working closely with Operations and IT on key change and transformation initiatives.
•Drive continuous improvements through simplification/automation of existing processes and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver agreed work.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in management information/analytics, data management, business analysis, and management packs.
•Excellent knowledge of investment banking operations.
•Working knowledge of market securities services processes and the trade lifecycle, including control/risk/chief operations office functions.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve and champion change across business control processes.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, able to work under tight deadlines.
