Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale and improve risk data infrastructure so regional teams can analyze risk metrics at granular levels.
  • •Build and maintain metrics to monitor controls and ensure they perform as required, including supporting control testing processes.
  • •Analyze control efficiency frameworks to determine whether controls reduce risk without adversely impacting growth.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, product risk, compliance, and other stakeholders to influence decisions using data.
  • •Coordinate with FinCrime to add a regional lens on global risk engines and ensure local risk typologies are monitored and managed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6+ years of experience in a data-driven environment with limited guidance.
  • •Strong analytical skills and product intuition focused on the banking and financial industry.

  • •Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts) to drive outcomes.
  • •Understanding of event data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude (or similar), and strong stakeholder communication.
