Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations (in person and by phone) to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales experience is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on Key platforms.
