Job Summary

Operational partner to Synthesia's Revenue Operations, responsible for reporting, analysis, integrations and troubleshooting for the Solutions & Services team; designs and maintains engagement tracking, builds automation workflows, owns core tech stack (Salesforce as the system of record and Planhat CS platform), and develops capacity planning, dashboards and reporting to enable scalable, data-driven engagement delivery.

Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Be the go-to operational and analytical resource for the Solutions & Services team, supporting day-to-day operational requirements including reporting, analysis, integrations and troubleshooting.
•Work with Solutions leaders to develop best-practice processes, and ensure that they are followed and data collected accurately across the operation.
•Design and maintain engagement tracking frameworks to record, monitor, and report on solutions activity from pilots and template builds to custom video delivery.
•Build and maintain automation workflows (using tools such as Zapier or Workato) to reduce manual data entry and connect systems across the RevOps stack.
•Own and administer the core tech stack supporting the team, with Salesforce as the primary system of record and Planhat as the CS platform.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Operations role, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS business.
•Hands-on Salesforce experience: you understand objects, fields, reports, and ideally flows or other automation features.
•Experience with automation tooling (Zapier, Workato, or similar) and comfort designing multi-step workflows that connect systems across the RevOps stack.
•SQL proficiency: able to write and structure queries independently to answer business questions and validate data.
•Demonstrated ability to design reportable, repeatable processes and translate them into documented standards that teams can follow.
