Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, including investigating root causes with the General Manager
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Champion visual standards for the sales floor and maintain strong stockroom standards for a safe, efficient store
  • •Partner on business reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maximize results
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and constant feedback
