Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Relationship Managers to optimize client relationships through proactive engagement and needs-based support.
  • •Attend client meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture follow-ups, and track actions to completion.
  • •Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client queries, resolving issues quickly and escalating appropriately.
  • •Prepare and maintain credit-related and account materials (credit application support, annual reviews, monitoring, account commentary, meeting notes, call reports, client plans).
  • •Coordinate onboarding and account maintenance activities end-to-end and triage/own service issues across cash management and day-to-day banking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring relevant banking, credit, finance, consulting, fintech, or other analytical and client-facing experience, or be a recent graduate with demonstrable capability.
  • •Demonstrate strong analytical capability, including interpreting policies and procedures and summarizing insights clearly.
  • •Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with stakeholders across teams and geographies.
  • •Support client onboarding, service execution, and issue resolution with accurate tracking and follow-through while meeting risk and control expectations.
