Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for electro-mechanical assemblies, including Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T).
  • •Lead continuous improvement and execute impactful Kaizen events to improve operational excellence.
  • •Partner with Product Quality Engineering to drive and support RCCA burndowns for EW Production issues.
  • •Collaborate with Design Engineering on DFx across development phases to enable smooth NPI transitions.
  • •Develop process flows and create manufacturing documentation (work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements) to scale hardware production.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or a hard science) preferred.
  • •3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
  • •Experience with Harness or PCBA design review.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
