Job Summary

Assist, under direct supervision, with rigging up and down Subsea Safety Systems (SSS) equipment for well intervention and well testing operations. Support repair and maintenance of Testing and Subsea service line equipment in the local area and in the Testing and Subsea workshop. Assemble and prepare equipment for installation, drive assigned vehicles, and follow HSE and quality improvement processes while completing required documentation and job safety analyses.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with rigging up and down SSS service line equipment to maintain control of wellbore fluids and interface during well testing operations.
•Assist in repair and maintenance of Testing and Subsea service line equipment as needed.
•Work in the Testing and Subsea workshop assisting in repair of SSS equipment.
•Rig SSS service line equipment locally and perform rigging up/down, cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job.
•Promote HSE compliance and quality improvement; complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and demonstrate Safety in Lifting; assemble equipment and drive assigned equipment as required.

Key Requirements

•Completion of high school or similar education and 1 ½ years of Subsea Safety Systems experience.
•Successfully complete Oilfield Primer, Essential Math and Red Book training (as per local requirements).
•Meet minimum competency requirements for Operator Asst-Subsea Systems II.
•Knowledge of most types of SSS services provided in the local area.
•Basic math, reading/writing, and computer skills; ability to work safely with hand tools, and drive commercial vehicles if required.
