Job Summary

Build and mature an internal AI-enabled developer platform that helps engineering teams ship faster and more safely. Own agentic workflow design across repos, including prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines, datasets, and reliability/quality gates. Implement GitHub Actions/CI/CD patterns, automate onboarding via reusable templates and CLI tooling, and strengthen security controls (least privilege, secrets, OIDC) while mitigating risks like prompt injection and data leaks.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and improve AI workflows across repositories.
•Design agent workflows for docs, testing, code quality, reviews, and security.
•Create prompts and multi-step interactions, improving reliability and usability of agents.
•Design and implement evaluation pipelines (including datasets and automated regression/behavior checks) with code/LLM evaluators and quality gates.
•Maintain workflow catalog and integrations, including GitHub Actions and CI/CD patterns, while ensuring secure design and mitigating risks (prompt injection, data leaks).

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
•Minimum 6+ years as a Platform Engineer.
•Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting, automation, evaluation tooling, or integrations.
•Practical experience building with LLMs, prompts, AI agents, or agentic workflows in real engineering/production contexts.
•Daily use of AI coding assistants/agents and experience designing, testing, and iterating prompts for reliable task execution.
