Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end architecture from data and models through APIs, orchestration, integration, and delivery for AI-powered developer tooling and agentic platforms.
  • •Define technical vision, reference architectures, and engineering standards; document key design decisions (ADRs).
  • •Design agentic and LLM-based systems including model selection, RAG, tool/function calling, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
  • •Architect for non-functional requirements (scalability, latency, cost, resilience, observability) and for security, privacy, and auditability in regulated financial environments.
  • •Lead platform-integration decisions; evaluate AI models, frameworks, and vendors while guiding and mentoring engineers and reviewing designs/code.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead.
  • •Proven end-to-end system architecture ownership in production across data, application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
  • •Strong experience designing and implementing AI/LLM-powered solutions including RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration, tool/function calling, evaluation, and AI guardrails.
  • •Hands-on expertise with AI development tools, coding assistants, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and context management.
  • •Deep cloud-native/distributed systems architecture experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, plus microservices with Docker and Kubernetes and API-first/event-driven patterns.
