Job Summary

Partner with Agent Development leadership as a strategy and operations operations partner, bringing Sales-grade rigor to planning and execution. Stand up operating cadence to track business health across pipeline, deployments, utilization, risks, and expansion opportunities. Help define and scale the enterprise agent deployment playbook and drive account expansion strategy with repeatable motions. Analyze complex datasets to deliver executive-ready recommendations, and build AI-enabled internal tooling to automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as strategy and operations partner to Agent Development leadership, applying operational rigor to Agent Dev.
•Stand up operating cadence to provide visibility into business health, including pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks.
•Operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment by defining and scaling the playbook for building, evaluating, launching, and expanding AI agents.
•Drive account expansion strategy by working with account teams to identify whitespace, prioritize opportunities, and create repeatable expansion motions.
•Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations; build lightweight internal tooling with AI to automate workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
•Strong analytical rigor working with large datasets to produce executive-ready insights and actions.
•Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
•Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, able to structure complex problems independently and drive them to resolution.
•Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
