Accurately assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions to support appraisal analysis, inventory updates, and optioning. Capture high-quality wholesale vehicle images for CarMax websites and help prepare for wholesale auction operations. Verify vehicle secures and confirmations, resolve discrepancies, and assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising. Collaborate with Buyers and Purchasing Managers and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, and onboarding to maintain operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.4 - 32.6 hourly
