Mobile Communication and Device Administrator

Oversee the deployment, management, and support of mobile communication systems and devices across U.S. operations. Ensure mobile technologies meet business needs, security, and cost requirements by partnering with a third-party mobile communications provider, Epiroc IT’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) team, sourcing, carriers, vendors, and end users. Manage device lifecycle, administer MDM platforms, troubleshoot user issues, monitor usage, and maintain compliance and accurate asset records.
