Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate implementation plans for Engineering Change Orders (COs), assessing scope and impact on products, materials, and processes.
  • •Facilitate execution of COs at the MCB plant by coordinating interaction among involved areas and ensuring requirements and timelines are met.
  • •Coordinate with change coordinators from Bravos (Mexico) and Las Piedras (Puerto Rico) to support shared product/component implementations and required documentation evidence.
  • •Maintain and administer platforms, databases, and tracking tools used to monitor and communicate CO status.
  • •Create, manage, and update implementation routes in ENOVIA, track associated activities to support timely execution and closure, and prepare related implementation reports.

Key Requirements

  • •University student with 90% of credits approved in an engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Design, or related).
  • •Intermediate English proficiency.
  • •Intermediate MS Office 365 skills.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of relevant systems/software (ENOVIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AS400, Power BI, among others).
  • •1 year relevant experience for internal candidates, or 2 years for external candidates in technical/operational support.
