Job Summary

Lead electrical engineering work for complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, lab, and industrial manufacturing projects from design through construction close-out. Coordinate, review, and approve electrical design plans for code and regulatory compliance, apply engineering techniques across all project phases, and incorporate future-ready concepts. Oversee cross-functional engineering teams, manage budgets and schedules, prepare technical reports and visualizations, and provide key technical input to client pursuits while building stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate, review, and approve electrical design plans, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
•Apply electrical engineering techniques across concept, preliminary, final design, procurement, construction, and operations phases.
•Plan and incorporate future-ready techniques and design requirements that address safety and functionality for end users and infrastructure.
•Oversee and monitor cross-functional engineering teams across multiple concurrent projects, including budgets, tracking hours/expenses, and construction compliance documentation.
•Prepare technical reports and presentations and manage client relationships by providing key technical input on pursuit efforts.

Salary: USD 138,100 - 205,040 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience as an electrical engineer.
•Professional Engineering license required.
•Extensive electrical design knowledge, particularly in the healthcare industry.
•Ability to coordinate and direct others to complete tasks safely and efficiently, with a proven safety-focused track record.
