Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee overall on-site construction activities and coordinate cross-trade work (structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automation, finishes), resolving on-site conflicts.
  • •Develop and maintain the master construction schedule, identify critical paths, anticipate delays, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
  • •Establish and enforce site quality control procedures, supervising construction phases, inspections, and concealed work acceptance to ensure compliance with designs, codes, and client standards.
  • •Implement safety management: organize safety briefings and conduct regular inspections to ensure corrective actions and a zero-accident environment.
  • •Monitor and control costs by reviewing quantities and variations, managing design changes and claims, and coordinating subcontractors and material/equipment delivery schedules to align with progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of construction management experience, including at least 3 years as a Construction Manager or equivalent role.
  • •Proven experience managing industrial plant projects (e.g., Data Center, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing) with full on-site management exposure.
  • •Solid understanding of multi-disciplinary interfaces (civil, MEP, finishes) and the ability to read and interpret drawings across trades.
  • •Familiarity with national/local building codes, construction acceptance standards, and safety regulations; cleanroom construction experience is a plus.
