Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide IT operational support for the Moreno Valley DC, ensuring timely responses to incidents and requests.
  • •Coordinate and manage helpdesk tickets for the distribution center, including account management and troubleshooting.
  • •Perform hardware support across networking gear, servers, printers, and mobile devices.
  • •Maintain up-to-date system documentation and hardware inventory for the DC.
  • •Adhere to IT policies, safety guidelines, and collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.32 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements
