Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT operational support for the Moreno Valley DC, ensuring timely responses to incidents and requests.
•Coordinate and manage helpdesk tickets for the distribution center, including account management and troubleshooting.
•Perform hardware support across networking gear, servers, printers, and mobile devices.
•Maintain up-to-date system documentation and hardware inventory for the DC.
•Adhere to IT policies, safety guidelines, and collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.32 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•1) IT systems administration experience supporting distribution center or warehousing operations.
•2) Ability to provide on-call IT support for 24x7 DC operations.
•3) Hardware support experience including networking, servers, printers, and mobile devices.
•4) Proficiency in system documentation and hardware inventory management.
•5) Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and safety guidelines within an industrial environment.
