Lead a team of Producing Sales Managers and loan officers to achieve residential mortgage sales, service, and CRA goals. Develop a marketing/business plan for the group, manage market relationships, recruit top loan officers/PSMs, and drive branch referrals through community outreach and ongoing communication about products, pricing, and market conditions.

•Source and recruit new loan officers and Producing Sales Managers to support established sales goals.
•Ensure loan officers meet minimum qualification standards and achieve quarterly/annual goals.
•Exercise managerial authority over performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and termination; manage 20-30 PSMs/LOs.
•Meet Management By Objectives (MBOs) including retention, service quality, risk/compliance, and customer-focused fulfillment.
•Provide guidance and training to loan officers and PSMs on customer service, products, guidelines, and pricing.

Key Requirements

•10+ years Residential Mortgage Sales experience.
•7+ years management experience in Mortgage Sales environment.
•Strong communication skills.
•Ability to understand and support corporate/division performance standards and fiscal goals.
•Proven ability to recruit top Loan Officers for the assigned region.
