Perform QA/QC for enterprise IT infrastructure deployments supporting the Air National Guard modernization effort. Evaluate network requirements, designs, documentation, integration, and testing across CONUS/OCONUS sites to validate compliance with technical standards. Develop and implement multi-tier test plans, automated testing systems, and verification/customer acceptance testing. Ensure STIG compliance, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain audit-ready records and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct evaluation of network activities across requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, and test/verification/validation to ensure product quality.
•Develop, publish, and implement complex, multi-tier test plans; develop automated testing systems using commercial tools and data sets.
•Support functional, regression, load, and system testing; resolve defects with developers/engineers and ensure proper testing throughout development.
•Ensure compliance with technical standards, including that operating systems and network devices are STIG’d; develop and maintain network quality control standards.
•Monitor network performance, troubleshoot vulnerabilities and performance issues, and maintain accurate configuration/test/incident/corrective-action records for audits and compliance.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Secret clearance required.
•DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
•Network performance monitoring experience.
•Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
•Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions (RCCA) and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
