Job Summary

Implement and configure Instructure for SaaS customers by advising on SSO integrations, data integrations (SIS, membership, and HR systems), roles and permissions, LTI-compliant third-party apps, and account hierarchy. Support content migration, scope and recommend technical solutions with requirements gathering, and guide customers in leveraging Instructure APIs. Translate technical concepts for varied audiences, document integrations, and provide consulting on JavaScript and CSS overrides when supported.

Key Responsibilities

•Consult customers on SaaS configuration tasks including SSO integration, data integrations, platform roles and permissions, LTI-compliant third-party app installation, and account hierarchy setup.
•Consult customers on migration of content from third-party platforms.
•Work with customers to scope and recommend technical solutions, gathering technical and functional requirements.
•Support customers in leveraging APIs for Instructure products and translate technical concepts into everyday language.
•Research client needs, identify additional support needs, participate in team projects, and build/maintain technical documentation for integrations; also consult on JavaScript and CSS overrides where supported.
