Security Lead

Lead Carvana’s Safe & Secure front-desk operations at HQ by supervising associates, training and coaching on security/safety protocols, and enforcing policies and performance standards. Oversee incident management and risk assessments, ensure safe visitor/vendor check-in processes, and drive improvement through after-action reviews and incident reporting accuracy. Serve as a partner to internal and external stakeholders, escalate high-risk issues, and maintain Safe & Secure technology processes supporting badge access and alerts.
