Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery and kickoff calls to define customer goals, personas, success metrics, constraints, and timelines.
  • •Design and manage customized training plans with clear learning objectives, modules, delivery methods, and milestones, including securing customer buy-in.
  • •Facilitate customer-facing training through virtual instructor-led training, onsite sessions, and public webinars, including managing Q&A.
  • •Design and execute Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to enable customer trainers using the “see one, do one, teach one” methodology.
  • •Collaborate with education specialists on learning assets (e.g., tutorial videos, job aids, SCORM-compliant modules, and in-app guides) and continuously improve content using performance data and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on instructional design experience, with emphasis on developing and delivering customer-facing training in a SaaS environment.
  • •Proven experience facilitating virtual and/or classroom training sessions, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • •Strong understanding of learning theories (e.g., adult learning principles) and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
  • •Proficiency with industry-standard eLearning and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) to create learning materials and instructional copy/A-V scripts.
  • •Strong project management and organizational skills to plan, execute, and manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
