Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; diagnose issues using data across many equipment makes/models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while performing maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment/tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Order parts and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
  • •Travel to customer job sites when required for repair/maintenance and assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, plus extensive construction equipment knowledge and understanding of schematics/diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
