Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee site facilities and real estate leadership for Treviso, coordinating facility-related priorities and strategies.
  • •Ensure reliability and availability of critical building systems (MEP, HVAC, process utilities) and cleanroom infrastructure, including maintenance and lifecycle management.
  • •Govern the IFM provider by monitoring KPIs/SLAs, running performance reviews, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement.
  • •Oversee site development, building expansions, and capital projects, coordinating with contractors/consultants and delivering on schedule and within budget.
  • •Support implementation/optimization of CMMS and CAFM systems and ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 44,800 - 61,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Significant experience in Facilities Management within complex, high-tech environments.
  • •Experience within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar technical industries is highly preferred.
  • •Previous exposure to cleanroom operations and critical technical infrastructure.
  • •Proven experience managing construction, development, and capital projects, including IFM provider management.
