Serve as a single point of contact for HSBC Premier HNI clients, cultivating and expanding Premier relationships. Drive growth by maximizing profit through new and existing client relationships, conducting regular wealth reviews, and recommending tailored wealth solutions. Manage and retain client relationships using CRM tools, manage a prospect pipeline, and collaborate with branch teams to meet performance measures—while ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements.

•Develop and expand HSBC Premier relationships for HNI clients to maximize profit, growth, and wallet share.

•Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, including need-based selling.
•Use client relationship management tools to keep information accurate and manage a prospect pipeline effectively.
