Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with defining requirements for tools, equipment, materials, and parts/processes used in engineering design.
  • •Support design engineers with materials and process definition and selection of Interiors components and flight deck structures.
  • •Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with material and process requirements and objectives.
  • •Support production and fleet needs through material/process design consultation, qualification (including tests), supplier qualification, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Conduct routine analysis of tool/material/part/process performance and failures; incorporate EHS, LEAN, and Quality principles and use project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirements.

Key Requirements
