Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and operationalize the digital insights listening post that unifies signals from tagging, surveys, user sessions, marketing interactions, and vendor platforms.
  • •Own the insights product roadmap and evolve the listening post to deliver increasingly actionable intelligence to product and marketing stakeholders.
  • •Manage Google Tag Manager and Quantum Metric tagging strategy, implementation, and governance to ensure accurate behavioral data collection.
  • •Translate behavioral and feedback data into strategic narratives and stakeholder-ready presentations that influence roadmap prioritization.
  • •Coordinate vendors and act as liaison across vendors, product teams, marketing operations, and business units to align on data standards and roadmap integration.
