•Drive growth with and through partners by generating approved partner deal registrations and running partner-tailored sales playbooks for technical scoping and intake.
•Accelerate partner-led opportunities with hands-on labs and proofs of concept in collaboration with account AEs and SAs.
•Own technical relationships and named champions at partner organizations, and create/maintain technical engagement plans and quarterly readouts.
•Deliver enablement and certification roadmaps to move partners up a technical maturity model, including hands-on lab workshops across Elastic products.
•Co-innovate on repeatable solutions by co-architecting reference architectures/blueprints and co-publishing reusable demos, sales materials, and customer-facing content (e.g., white papers and blogs).

Key Requirements

•8+ years in technology solutions, architecture, practice development, consulting and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
•3+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing (channel, alliances, SI/GSI, or MSSP ecosystems).
•Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability, plus an understanding of AI and semantic search technologies.
•Professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
•Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; must be able to travel primarily across LATAM (about 40%).
