Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Talabat Qatar’s overall supply ecosystem to ensure a sustainable and high-performing rider base.
  • •Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with demand and market dynamics.
  • •Own long-term supply forecasting and planning to maintain coverage and service levels.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, setting KPIs/SLAs and ensuring performance and compliance.
  • •Lead and manage on-ground operations team, implement standardized processes/digital tools, and monitor key operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience in compliance or auditing.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles in fast-paced environments; FoodTech logistics experience is a plus.
  • •Management experience is advantageous, including effectively managing direct reports and fostering team culture.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills to handle complexity and drive decisions using detail-oriented analysis.
  • •Advanced proficiency in GSheet and strong English communication skills; Arabic is good to have but not necessary.
