Key Responsibilities

  • •Process requisitions, generate RFQs, verify pricing/quantities, and execute purchase orders for planned inventory and ad-hoc one-time buys.
  • •Handle complex contracting, supplier evaluation, and vendor optimization without direct personnel management duties.
  • •Monitor order statuses, manage expediting requests for urgent materials, and adjust deliveries based on inventory levels.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for key vendors, manage supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and process RMAs.
  • •Perform invoice matching, maintain transaction records for audit compliance, execute counterfeit prevention checks, and report supply chain KPIs and cost-avoidance opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of direct experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (manufacturing, electronics, or IT hardware preferred).
  • •Minimum 2 years of hands-on ERP experience, with preferred experience using Oracle.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to process complex financial documents, POs, and invoices without errors.
  • •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced supply chain environment while meeting deadlines.
  • •Strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain professional relationships with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
