Lead daily operations for a BlueLinx local branch, overseeing DOT CDL drivers, administrative support, material handlers, and sales associates. Drive operational excellence across inventory management, logistics, expense control, and workforce planning while ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations and federal/state/local laws. Build and coach a high-performing team, partner with internal groups, suppliers, and customers for seamless product delivery, and continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and customer fulfillment.
