Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive short-term production scheduling in the S&OE horizon aligned to the Network planning plan.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and ensure material availability and execution escalation to COE and Network teams.
  • •Manage movement of materials through the facility, including internal receipts, storage, distribution, and transportation.
  • •Administer indirect and MRO purchasing according to Eaton standards and support forecast attainment aligned with the SIOP plan.
  • •Champion continuous improvement (lean material flow, internal assessments, visual management, standard work, value stream mapping) and manage OTD, inventory targets, and freight targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of manager of people experience.
  • •Experience supporting cross-functional SIOP and inventory management processes, including forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring, and scheduling execution.
  • •ERP knowledge (AS400) and in-depth knowledge of plant manufacturing processes and value streams, from raw materials to finished product.
