Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide primary service response to laboratory operations at the Menlo Park oncology CLIA lab.
  • •Troubleshoot and triage equipment issues, involving vendors as required.
  • •Execute or coordinate routine maintenance, installation, and operational/performance qualification of laboratory equipment.
  • •Draft documentation for equipment operation and maintenance and maintain comprehensive equipment records.
  • •Suggest and execute process improvements, maintain organized parts inventory, and complete special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in a scientific discipline.
  • •Associate II: 1+ years servicing Liquid Handlers, or 2+ years in a technical service role.

  • •Excellent documentation skills with working knowledge of Good Document Practices (GDP).
