Job Summary

Lead Elastomers P&L across the Americas for Huntsman Polyurethanes, managing regional Sales and Technical Service teams to drive profitable growth. Own sales planning and budget alignment with global strategy, oversee forecast accuracy and margin quality, and develop commercial opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and Application Development to execute regional plans using defined KPIs, while building and developing a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure regional business strategies are accomplished by managing and directing Sales and Technical Service teams in the Americas.
•Lead Sales and Technical Service resources to align delivery speed and financial investments with value-generation opportunities and market strategy.
•Manage and deploy the Technical Services team to convert opportunities into sales and achieve profitability goals across core markets.
•Collaborate with Performance and Marketing to draft and align the annual sales plan and budget with Global Elastomers strategy.
•Monitor forecast accuracy and margin quality using cross-functional BOM/EOM exercises and Pricing Excellence best practices, and update volumes and targets to meet strategic objectives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline such as Chemistry or Engineering.
•15+ years of commercial experience, including 5+ years at a senior level.
•Experience negotiating major contracts and leading Sales and Technical Service teams.
•Excellent knowledge of PU/TPU technology and applications.
•Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
