Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and manufacture flight-qualified housing, secondary structures, and sensor mounts for avionics and electro-mechanical devices.
  • •Own the mechanical routing and physical integration of electrical wire harnessing, including bulkheads, connectors, and cable supports.
  • •Collaborate with avionics, propulsion, software, structures and supply teams to resolve system-level trade-offs and clash resolutions (interference between parts).
  • •Conduct testing and validation of mechanical systems.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure compliance with aerospace UAS regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent career experience).
  • •5+ years in full-lifecycle design and integration, preferably in UAV or aircraft development.
  • •High expertise in CAD software, CATIA or 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • •Familiarity with FAA/EASA certification (e.g., Part 21), ARP 4754, DO160G - advantage.
  • •English C1 level; Bulgarian language is an advantage.
