Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick and deliver necessary materials to workstations or locations to maintain workflow continuity.
  • •Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader/Team Manager using Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Use PPE accurately and report deviations (safety, quality, parts, equipment) to Digital Status Boards immediately.
  • •Assist Team Lead and Team Manager with administrative and operational coordination and reporting.
  • •Cross-train in multiple pick units, participate in Daily Status Board meetings and 5S routines, and drive standard work improvements.
