Job Summary

Partner with individuals and businesses as a Private Client Banker, delivering plan-based financial advice and referring investment and insurance solutions. Build client referral pipelines and deepen relationships through meetings with branch and line-of-business partners. Open personal and business accounts, support teller-line transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while working branch schedules including Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering investment and insurance referrals.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations on the Teller line as needed, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to build rapport quickly and use fact-finding questions with small business clients.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
