Field Technician (Mechanic) (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Maintain and repair customer and company-owned pump, power, and HVAC equipment at EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions rental facility. Create and manage work orders, track service intervals, diagnose equipment issues using real-time data, and perform preventive maintenance and repairs at customer sites when needed. Troubleshoot failures both in-shop and on-site, assist with equipment setup/operation, maintain daily electronic documentation, and support training for lower-level technicians.
