Credit Manager I

Underwrite commercial real estate (CRE) loans to assess creditworthiness and compliance with lending policies. Manage loan maturities by working with Relationship Managers, underwriting renewals, extensions, and modifications, and completing annual review packages. Lead and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, reviewing underwriting accuracy and supporting professional development. Analyze and structure loan requests, prepare borrower evaluations, manage due diligence reporting, and coordinate with sales and risk to support high-quality CRE portfolio decisions.
