  • •Develop, maintain, and lead Lucid’s enterprise-level Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • •Drive cross-functional governance and compliance across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience.
  • •Oversee audit and compliance activities to ensure QMS adherence and effective execution.
  • •Own process governance, process standardization, change management, and risk-based continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead training, organizational development, and people management to build quality capability across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Regulatory Compliance.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on experience leading an IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
  • •Deep expertise in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 plus APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and risk management.
