Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain heavy equipment and aerial lifts, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintain service vehicle standards when traveling to customer sites as required.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation/work orders and order parts as needed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.

  • •Must have superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; field service, maintenance and repair experience preferred.
