Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily running of all onsite retail stores, ensuring guest-service quality, presentation standards, and smooth retail journeys.
  • •Own store performance, including merchandising, pricing, sales metric monitoring, and recommendations to improve commercial and operational results.
  • •Manage stock end-to-end: deliveries, safe storage, stock takes, reconciliation, and accurate tracking within Square.
  • •Lead load-in, pre-opening readiness, and add-on fulfillment setup; train staff on Square POS and fulfillment processes before opening.
  • •Manage load-out and end-of-show reconciliation: breakdown/packing, final stock counts aligned with Square, and reporting to the Global Team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 350 daily

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five (5) years of retail management in high-volume, experiential retail or live-event environments.
  • •Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • •Experience using POS systems; Square experience is preferred.
  • •Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales performance to improve results.
  • •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, especially for stock control, fulfillment, and reconciliation.
