•Direct cross-functional teams to design complex, tailored Microsoft solutions including products, services, and terms that align with client strategies.
•Oversee bid responses, pricing strategies, contract terms, and risk controls for RFPs and tenders.
•Identify and drive opportunities to expand the client’s Microsoft footprint and craft renewal strategies for long-term engagement.
