Job Summary

Build trusted client relationships by having in-person and proactive phone conversations to identify financial wellness needs and recommend tailored solutions. Meet individual sales and activity goals while opening and servicing consumer and business accounts, deposit products, home equity, and unsecured lending. Support branch operations, assist with teller transactions, and document client interactions to meet compliance and risk requirements. Work collaboratively with branch teammates and business partners, including occasional huddles and Saturday schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations in person and by phone.
•Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related products including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop and deepen relationships with clients and branch line-of-business partners while managing centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions appropriately.
•Support branch operations, assist with teller transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Minimum 1 year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel).
