Key Responsibilities

•Lead a small project or a work package within a larger project, ensuring delivery in line with defined scope, time and quality.
•Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring customer/user needs are met and benefits are realized.
•Prepare and maintain realistic project plans including quality, risk and communications plans, and track activities against the project schedule.
•Provide advanced project reporting and scheduling and apply problem-solving techniques based on prior experience.
•Identify, assess, and manage project risks and coordinate with stakeholders to agree on project approaches.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and a PM qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification.
•Experience leading a small project or a work package within a larger program, preferably in national security, defence or telecommunications.
•Strong planning, scheduling and reporting skills with the ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
•Proven risk management capability with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
